Nancy

Nancy has been exploring and studying yoga for 20 years. She is an RYT® 200, certified Ananda Meditation teacher, has completed Advanced Pranayama training, and teaches in the Ananda Yoga Teacher Training program. She is inspired by her own experience of the joy and benefits of Ananda Yoga to help others use the practice of asana to develop not only physical well-being, but also an awareness of the connection of the physical body to inner qualities such as peace, calmness and joy.
